COURSES CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

All fees for Courses and Presentations are to be paid before the course commencement unless prior arrangements have been made.

If we cancel a course for any reason beyond our control, your fees will be held in trust until another course can be re-scheduled at a future date.

No refund will be issued once a course has commenced and you will still be liable for any unpaid fees.

All Courses will be delivered at either a set date and time at the advertised venue or via an On-Line platform such as Zoom Conferencing at a date and time to suit the availability of the majority of course participants. If you withdraw or fail to attend an enrolled course, no refund can be made after payment of the course due to our course Lecturers appointments for course delivery or limited student numbers or both.

Please be certain of your willingness to participate in a course before your commitment to pay your course fees.

If for any reason we need to change the delivery method of a course (eg: from face-to-face to online) and the new method is not feasible for you to continue, a course enrollment credit will be offered for any missed classes or all sessions of the course that are delivered that you can not  attend.

An attendance both on-line and off-line of at least 80% is required in order to be recognized as having completed the course successfully.
